By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.

1. Definitions

• “Customer”, “you”, “your”: any person or entity accessing the Site, browsing products, or submitting an order.
• “Goods”: the home decor, furniture and related decorative products listed for sale on the Site.
• “Order”: your request to purchase Goods submitted through the checkout process on the Site.
• “Contract of Sale”: a binding agreement formed between you and us upon our acceptance of your Order, subject to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law, to place orders on our Site. If you are placing an order on behalf of a business entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity.

3. Account Registration

You may browse our Site without creating an account. Where account registration is available:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information.
• You are liable for all activities conducted under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@lhtone.com if you become aware of unauthorised account use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our reasonable discretion, including for breach of these Terms.

4. Product Information, Pricing & Availability

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images, dimensions and colours displayed on the Site are accurate. However, screen display differences may cause colour or detail variations and do not constitute a defect.

• All prices displayed on the Site are in the currency stated at checkout, excluding shipping fees, import duties, taxes or customs charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but price changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
• Product stock and availability are subject to change. We do not guarantee continuous availability of any Goods. If an item is out of stock after you submit an order, we will contact you to offer cancellation, refund or an alternative product.

5. Order Acceptance & Formation of Contract

Submission of an order via our checkout page constitutes an offer by you to purchase the Goods.

Your order is only accepted, and a binding contract is formed, when we send you a formal order confirmation email confirming we accept your order.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability or pricing error;
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised purchase;
• Inability to verify your payment or delivery details;
• Breach of these Terms.

6. Payment Terms

Payment must be completed via the payment methods available on our Site at the time of checkout.

You authorise us or our approved payment service provider to charge the full order amount.

All transactions are subject to validation and fraud checks. If payment is declined, your order will not be processed.

We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

7. Delivery, Shipping & Risk of Loss

Delivery locations and shipping options will be shown at checkout. Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Risk of loss, damage or theft of the Goods passes to you upon delivery to the delivery address you provided.

It is your responsibility to inspect goods upon receipt. If goods arrive damaged or incorrect, you must notify us by email at support@lhtone.com within 48 hours of delivery, together with supporting photos and evidence. Failure to notify within this period may affect your claim.

Import duties, customs fees and local taxes for shipments outside Singapore are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We will not cover these charges.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

This clause is subject to our separate Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is treated as a return and return shipping costs may be borne by you.
• Custom-made, personalised or clearance items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.
• For eligible returns, Goods must be returned unused, in original packaging and resaleable condition. We will inspect returned items upon receipt.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period after we receive and approve the returned goods. Bank processing delays are outside our control.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including product photos, text, graphics, logos, brand name LHTONE, layout, artwork and software, is the intellectual property of LHTONE TRADING PTE. LTD. or our licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or commercially use any of our Site content without our prior written consent.

You may not use our trademarks, brand name or logos in any way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without permission.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or malicious purpose;
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, overload or compromise the Site’s servers or security;
• Use bots, scrapers or automated tools to harvest data from the Site without written permission;
• Post or transmit offensive, defamatory, infringing or harmful content through our contact forms or messaging channels;
• Interfere with other users’ enjoyment of the Site.

We reserve the right to block access to the Site for users violating this clause.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND GOODS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY SINGAPORE LAW, WE MAKE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses.

Nothing in this clause excludes or limits statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (Cap. 52A) of Singapore or other applicable mandatory laws.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LHTONE TRADING PTE. LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR DATA LOSS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR GOODS.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to any order shall in no event exceed the total amount you paid to us for that order.

This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the Site. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any contract formed under them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site.

15. Amendments to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Site with a new “Last Updated” date. The revised Terms take effect when published. Continued use of the Site after the update constitutes your acceptance of the changes. For existing orders, the Terms in effect at the time your order was accepted will govern that order.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return Policy and any order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your use of the Site and purchase of Goods, and supersede all prior oral or written understandings.
